These buns have a little secret, which makes them very soft and fluffy. I pour the milk on the buns before I start to bake them. During proofing and baking buns absorbed the milk and become very soft. You can cook the dough for buns in the bread machine, if you have it. Use dough mode. It will take you 2-3 hours. - 600 g all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 230 ml milk
- 50 g butter
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1In a large bowl combine the flour, dry yeast, sugar and salt. Add the eggs, soft butter and warm milk (230 ml). Knead the dough by hand (or bread machine), then cover the bowl with the dough and leave it for 1 hour. The dough should rise well. Then knead the dough again and leave for 1 hour. The dough should be soft and should not stick to hands.
- 2Prepare a baking sheet lined a parchment paper. Shape dough into 10-12 balls, and place on a baking sheet. Then pour 1 cup of milk, cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes. Buns should rise.
